Meet Raquel
An East Bay native with a BFA in Musical Theater from AMDA, Raquel has sung across Greece, Spain, Italy, France and Russia, graced the stage of the Apollo Theater in Harlem, and headlined New York’s Metropolitan Room and Yoshi’s in Oakland. From Ella Fitzgerald to Lauryn Hill, her influences meet in a sound she calls Acoustic Gospel Soul.
